Chief Executive Officer
Duane Toenges has been in managerial positions for more than 34 years. Duane has spent his career tackling complex situations and creating actionable plans. He is responsible for leading the long-term strategy and business development of the Dynamic Group. Duane began his working career with various agricultural cooperatives having held a variety of agronomical, nutritional, and management positions over two decades. In 2002, he became the U.S. Supply Aggregation Manager for AgCert International leading their agriculture program of greenhouse gas emissions reductions. Duane joined Sindicatum Carbon Capital, a private equity startup group, in 2008 as Senior Vice President of Agricultural Solutions where he specialized in methane recovery projects. In 2011, Duane became a partner at Dynamic.
Chief Technology Officer
Dan Nemke has over 20 years of experience in process engineering, planning, design, construction and operations of projects. Dan holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a M.S. in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He began his working career as a process engineer in the mining industry holding various technical support and sales positions, advancing to General Manager of Global Sales and Marketing for Metso Minerals. In 2004, Nemke formed Clear Horizons LLC, a developer of biogas plants, while working as a Project Manager in the wastewater division of Pieper Electric. In 2011, Dan was a founding partner of Dynamic.
